A WARM WELCOME
TO THE FAMILY-OWNED
SCHWAN BUSINESS.
SINCE 1883.

Ein türkises Ornament

We welcome you to our family-run lakeside hotel and restaurant. Since 1883, the view of Lake Traunsee has been especially enjoyable from here—always framed by the surrounding mountains. And of course, true enjoyment also includes the hospitality we offer you right here on site. We hope this makes your happiness at the Schwan complete.

For six generations now, our family has remained committed to offering both traditional Austrian inn culture and a refined hotel experience in the heart of Gmunden. The history of Haus Schwan is inseparably linked to the history of Gmunden. This is what gives our house its special flair—shaped by many years and the dedicated efforts of generations to reinvent lakeside enjoyment time and again in a fresh and contemporary way.

Yours,
Laura & Michael Nöstlinger
